Noel obtained a computer science degree in his home country of the Dominican Republic. After immigrating to the United States, he earned his second degree with a focus on new media communications. His training includes (but is not limited to) specializations in Cisco, PHP, Java and Django.

Noel’s expertise in software and web development has spanned a time of over twenty years. His most recent work involves technology support and creating and improving websites and applications. He has worked for businesses located in Boston, Santo Domingo and Miami.

As the lead software engineer, Noel is fluent in coding languages which he uses to create and maintain ideal websites for businesses and non-profit organizations. In collaboration with the content specialist, he creates pages that express the client’s personal taste and execute their specified functions. His goal is to create websites that elicits numerous views from current and perspective customers.
